Position Overview
Seasonal Team Members support daily farm operations and play a key role in delivering a positive and memorable guest experience.

Available Positions (September and October): We’re looking for friendly, hardworking team members to help make the fall season special at Parlee Farms!

  • Bakery Team Member (starting at $18/hr-$22/hr depending on experience)
    • Help create our famous apple cider donuts and other delicious bakery favorites.
  • Food Trailer / Kitchen Team Member (starting at $18/hr-$22/hr depending on experience)
    • Prepare the delicious lunches and food offerings our guests enjoy.
  • Retail Team Member (starting at $15/hr-$20/hr depending on experience)
    • Work in our Farmstand and Pick Your Own operations, helping create a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests.
  • Tractor Driver Team Member (starting at $18/hr-$22/hr depending on experience)
    • Safely transport guests to and from the apple orchard with care and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week in September and October, including weekends

Minimum Age Requirements:

  • Retail Team Member: 16+
  • Bakery Team Member: 18+
  • Food Trailer/Kitchen Team Member: 18+
  • Tractor Driver Team Member: 21+ with a valid driver’s license

Additional Information:

  • Parlee Farms does not hire field workers or H2A workers for these roles

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Bonus opportunities up to $450 for fall weekend work
