Get Ready for the Fall Season at Parlee Farms

Pick Your Own Apples at Parlee FarmsNow that summer is nearing its end and the kids have started school, it’s time to think about the Fall Season at Parlee Farms! We are underway, transiting out of summer and into our peak apple season, and there is still plenty to do at the farm. Here’s a look at what you can expect from Parlee Farms as you head into fall:

Pick Your Own Availability

Here’s a look at what we have available for picking now (or soon):

  • Apples. Apple picking is underway and we have our early season apples available. Our hours for apple picking are 10 AM to 4 PM but please check our website often for updates.
  • Flowers. We still have freshly cut flowers, too. At around this time, our sunflowers are ready! Again, the hours for right now are 10 AM to 4 PM but please check the website.
  • Pumpkins. Stay tuned for pumpkins. They aren’t ready yet but they will be sometime in September!

Visit Our Farm Stand

When you come by to pick your apples, flowers, or pumpkins, be sure to swing by our farm stand as well. We offer a delightful selection of farm-fresh produce, homemade jams and jellies, baked goods, apple cider, and more. Check our homepage for our current hours.

Get Something to Eat

While you’re visiting, don’t forget to treat yourself to something delicious. Drop by our bakery inside the farm stand for a warm apple crisp topped with ice cream. On weekends and Monday holidays, we offer fresh roasted corn (while supplies last) and lunch from our food truck. And, of course, you can’t leave without enjoying our famous cider donuts and a cup of warm apple cider!

As you can see, there is plenty of fun to be had at Parlee Farms in the fall! Note that we now have new hours. Our farm opened today at 10 AM. Note that we will be open through Labor Day Weekend. Keep checking the Home Page and Today’s Farm News for updates about what we are picking, when we are open, and what we have available.
