Apple season changes quite a bit from week to week because different varieties become ready at different times. Some of the first apples of the season include Paula Red, Sansa, Ginger Gold, and Jonamac. Early-season favorites also include Fulford Gala, Marshall Mac, Honeycrisp, and Pioneer Mac.
